ABOUT THE RETREAT
Join me on this very special immersive retreat, nestled between the wild Welsh woods and the ocean in Pembrokeshire. This yoga retreat offers you the opportunity to feel your own aliveness and remember a deep sense of belonging to the land as we reemerge into the vibrancy of spring.
Spring reminds us of our innate capacity to begin again, and awaken from the darkness. This retreat will take you on a journey of embodying the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air, space) as you connect to the natural rhythms of nature at this abundant time of year. Feel the shift from doing to being, as you unravel back into your wholeness.
THE LOCATION
Felinganol eco retreat cabins offer complete immersion in nature. The round, pillared studio is a deeply nurturing place to move and practice, built entirely by hand from natural materials resourced locally - it has underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.
Accommodation in the newly hand built wooden cabins offers quiet seclusion, in nature, while the old stone house provides a warm communal kitchen and other facilities. All cabins have electricity, lamps and heaters. Some have sinks and all are with a few yards of a flush or compost toilet. The simplicity and rustic nature of the accommodation mirrors the simplicity of untouched natural beauty of the site.
The sea is on our doorstep with "Europe's top ten loveliest hidden beaches" Mwnt 5 minutes away and it is a very special place. Fantastic for dolphins and seal-spotting, reflecting on the giant expanses of sky, sea space and light or diving into the zesty waters. This untouched gem of the West Wales coastline is the ideal complement to a morning/ afternoon making Yoga.
Felinganol is quiet, a deep sense of presence resonates as herons nest in the Mwldan river flowing through, owls calling at dusk, fire-flickering as the stars spread across the sky above. I can’t wait to share the magic with you.
The retreat totally exceeded all expectations; what a first retreat! The people, the environment, the food and practices were just completely perfect. Tayler held the space so beautifully, with the whole weekend feeling like one, nourishing and soul enriching cyclical journey. It was pure tonic for the soul. The whole weekend felt like a beautiful, surreal dream of meeting the most incredible people, indulging in delicious food, melting into thoughtful & soul nourishing practices and truly switching off and letting go. What really stood out for me was how thoughtful the practices were; Tayler created an incredible agenda for the weekend where everything came together so beautifully. THE YOGA
For Tayler, yoga is a living, breathing, embodied practice. It is a life practice which invites us to remember the stillness of our natural state of being, and come into a deep felt connection with life.
On retreat, Tayler weaves the teachings of yoga into movement, breath and stillness, so that one can feel them as a moving life force (prana) in the body. When we move with the teachings of yoga and feel them, we are able to understand them not just intellectually but directly & experientially. On this retreat we will work with the 5 elements (earth, water, fire, air, space) as a way of coming into a deep felt connection to nature, our bodies and ultimately remember that we are not separate.
Expect energising, dynamic & playful morning flow classes, and deep stillness & restorative movement in the evening classes. We will meditate in the mornings immersed in the sounds of mother nature. I would really love to see you xx

The food is grown organically either on site, or locally and will be completely seasonal, and free from plastic packaging and nasty chemicals (this makes me SO happy to be able to offer this). Another way in which the weekend will encourage a sense of connecting with nature’s natural rhythms.
