RETREATS
To join me on retreat, is to unravel from the pace and noise of daily life and take some time to nourish wonderful you. It feels impossible for me to put into words how impactful retreats can be - I have witnessed so much beauty - connection, transformation, deep rest, joy, friendship, laughter, healing, meaning.
I truly believe that retreats can have such a profound effect on how we feel in the most holistic sense - they tend to our emotional, physical, spiritual, mental wellbeing, and it is such an honour for me to hold the space for you to experience this.
Most people come alone, or with one other person. All of my weekend retreats are a maximum of 12 per group, so that weekend always feels intimate. My deepest intention is that in my company you feel held, seen and spacious in equal measure.
WILL THE RETREAT BE RIGHT FOR ME?
My retreats are for anybody who is yearning for a deeper connection - to themselves, to nature, to their yoga practice, but mostly to life. A certain ‘level’ of experience is never required to sign up, just a genuine curiosity and open-mindedness. If you are completely new to yoga, I would recommend you come try some of my classes, or get a little familiar with some of the basic shapes beforehand.
