This Indian summer, had me craving something fresh, yet filling and balanced for breakfast - and this smoothie bowl did the trick.
- 1 frozen banana
- a huge handful of organic spinach
- organic moringa powder
- vegan protein powder (I use 'free soul' for women one!)
- kefir (I had to also add a little coconut milk just to get it to blend)
- a tsp of almond butter
- chia seeds
- any toppings - this is blueberry, cacao nibs and walnuts for extra fats
