It feels impossible for me to put into words how impactful retreats can be - I have witnessed so much beauty - connection, transformation, deep rest, joy, friendship, laughter, healing, meaning.

ABOUT

Perhaps what draws me most to yoga and meditation is that it does not demand anything specific outside of oneself - it is always accessible to us, as long as we remain open and curious. It is a practice which truly meets you where you are. I believe that the holistic approach of yoga welcomes the notion that we already have and are enough (we do not need to be 'fixed' or 'saved'), and the practice is a journey of coming home to that Truth.

I believe that Yoga (that of pranayama, asana, meditation and self-inquiry), is a tool for freedom and helps us ground back to our natural state.
