To join me on retreat, is to unravel from the pace and noise of daily life and take some time to nourish wonderful you. It feels impossible for me to put into words how impactful retreats can be - I have witnessed so much beauty - connection, transformation, deep rest, joy, friendship, laughter, healing, meaning.

ABOUT
Perhaps what draws me most to yoga and meditation is that it does not demand anything specific outside of oneself - it is always available, as long as we remain open, curious and willing to see beyond the illusion of separation. The holistic practice of yoga reminds each of us of our inherent Enoughness, and that nothing is truly outside of the Whole.

My own experience of Yoga (that of pranayama, asana, meditation, mantra and self-inquiry), is that it has been a doorway to greater freedom and I wholeheartedly believe it helps us return time and time again, to our natural, unconditioned state.
